Strengthen and Flow Yoga (subbing for Jennifer)

This class is for all levels. It is a mix of strengthening poses and exercises meant to build strength in order to progress in your practice. (It is not a power class.)  This is combined with slow vinyasa style flow in order to get the breath and the body moving, and achieve a breath and body connection. Pre-register at least 1 hour in advance here.
