My 4 week series is back!
Perfect for beginners looking to understand the building blocks of a flowing vinyasa yoga class, as well as for experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of alignment, technique, and breath in their practice. The series will walk students through the essential elements of a full vinyasa class in four installments and will offer a solid foundation in basic standing poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, as well as an introduction to inversions, restorative poses and pranayama (breath practices).
Upon completion, students will have the confidence and knowledge to take level 1 and mixed level classes.
