Unlocking the Hips Workshop
What’s a “hip opener” anyway? In this workshop, we will cover basic hip anatomy, including the bones that comprise the ball and socket joint and the muscles and connective tissue that make the hips the ingenious piece of intelligent design that they are. After some anatomy basics, our exploration will take us through a complete yoga practice where you will stretch and strengthen the full 360 degrees that comprise your hip joints.
Walk away (confidently swinging those hips, of course) feeling freer and stronger in your stride, as well as relaxed in your body and mind. And you’ll never look at pigeon pose, or any other “hip opener” for that matter, in the same way again.
