Gentle Yoga

Mondays, 10:45 - 11:45 am EST

Jennifer Garden Yoga Pilates & Barre (63 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522)

An all levels, gentle and slow paced class, designed to cultivate mindful movement and breath. Less focus on invigorating postures and more focus on quietly awakening the body with soft, mindful flows.

Slow Flow & Restore

Tuesdays, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm EST

Hastings Yoga (45 Main Street, Hasting-on Hudson, NY 10706)

This class combines two complementary yoga styles to promote mindful awareness and calm in body and spirit. Each class begins with a slow paced, alignment-based flow where we link movement and breath through a gentle vinyasa-style sequence. We then move into a series of restorative poses that will invite a quieting of the mind and body through supported and longer held postures. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Leave class feeling calmer (and stronger) in mind and body, as well as refreshed and restored.

Evening Align & Flow

Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 pm EST

Hastings Yoga (45 Main Street, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706)

Join me for this evening, level 1/2 alignment-based flow. We will link breath with mindful movement for a well-rounded practice, and we will end class with deep relaxation to prepare you for a good night’s sleep!

Align & Flow (Open Level)

Fridays, 9:30 - 10:45 am EST

Yoga Haven (125 Marbledale Road, Tuckahoe, NY 10707)

This class is geared toward students with little experience as well as seasoned practitioners. Class will include sun salutations, standing/balancing poses, forward/backward bends, twists and basic inversions taught within a flowing sequence. Click link below to pre-register (required).
