Welcome. I am a yoga instructor (RYT-500) based in Westchester, NY. I teach with an emphasis on alignment, body mechanics and breath, and I have a specialty in yoga for scoliosis and back care.  My specialized knowledge of the complicated condition of scoliosis, including scoliosis with surgical fusions, informs my work with ALL students, no matter their physical condition.  I deeply believe in the therapeutic nature of yoga for everyone and for every body.  I am an unabashed anatomy enthusiast and a perpetual student of the human body and condition.  I am grateful to share my passion for and knowledge of yoga with others.
