A healthy and strong spine is essential to full body health as well as emotional well-being. In this class, we use precise alignment cues as well as the support of various props to complete a well-rounded practice that can help bring awareness, strength and flexibility to the spine. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, including those with various back conditions such as scoliosis, mild herniations, and generalized back discomfort.
